Who can Use?

can be used by anyone who is associated with the International Cargo Industry. This includes Custom House Agent ( Custom Brokers), Freight Forwarders, Shipping Agents, IATA Agents, NVOCC and their clients.

Their are mainly three kind of users for this System.

Subscriber A Subscribers can use this system to provide online cargo status to his customers and agents. A Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarder or an Air Cargo Agent can Subscribe to the system and can post the details of consignments being handled by him, create access for his Customer and Agents and can customize the system according to his needs.

Importers / Exporters ( Shipper & Consignee) An Importer or Exporter is provided free access this system by his Cargo Agent who has subscribed to the site. The Shipper / Consignee with his assigned login ID can check the status of the shipments that belongs to him.

Agent An Agent is provided access to system by the subscriber. His login can enable him to check the status of cargo which belongs to him. An Agent can only edit or view the a consignment but cannot create or delete it.
