Auto E-mail Report utility is highly customizable. Your Forwarding Agent can select various column of the report for you. Status on which the report is to be send can also be defined. , then automatically generates the report based the the selected criteria and email's it to the address(s) specified in your profile.

For example you can ask your forwarding agent to configure to send a Report to you giving the list of consignments which have handed over to carrier.
