For checking the status with the carrier you just have to click on the Airlines or Shipping Lines from the displayed list of consignments after the search has been performed. The system will automatically checks the status of that particular consignment with the carrier's web based tracking system and displays the result in the popped up window.

The utility will not give any result if the particular consignment is not present in the carrier system or carrier does not have any tracking system in place.
